We outline the personnel positions necessary to have all auction areas covered. Then with your knowledge of the personnel in your organization, we train each team member for their area so on auction date; everyone knows their job and things run smoothly. Thus helping to ensure all attendees have a great time and are anxious to come again.
We conduct a training session with all the fundraising auction team prior to the event to answer any questions and solve any potential problems before our event.
On event date we conduct the live auction and coordinate the closing of Silent Auction tables to make checkout as smooth as possible for your guest.
